Strong overnight storms downed trees and caused scattered damage across parts of Washington County, including the town of Ramona.

Much of the damage in Ramona appeared to be from high winds, with multiple trees snapped or uprooted. In one residential area near 6th Street and Delaware Avenue, a large tree fell close to a red vehicle but narrowly missed it. Nearby, a carport appeared to have been displaced during the storm and was resting on a home's front patio.

Additional tree limbs and debris were spotted in yards throughout the neighborhood, including one snapped tree that lay across a front lawn.

Power outages affected much of the community. At last check, Public Service Company of Oklahoma reported more than 600 customers in Ramona were without electricity.
