Oasis Fresh Market expanding to downtown Tulsa

Oasis Fresh Market plans to open a new grocery store in downtown Tulsa, with a proposed location at the corner of Sixth Street and Cincinnati Avenue.

According to AJ Johnson with Oasis Fresh Market, the store is still awaiting full approval of its building permit, but he hopes to open the market before the end of the year.

In addition to its expansion plans, Oasis Fresh Market is preparing for its annual summer meals program. Last year, the store helped distribute more than 2,200 meals to children. This year, the market expects to hand out approximately 3,500 meals.

The free summer meal program is set to begin on June 2 and will provide breakfast and lunch to kids in the community. Breakfast will be served from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., and lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
