The USA BMX Legacy Nationals is drawing riders for all over - from seasoned pros to rising stars.

Generations of Passion

From riders who’ve been racing for years to those starting out, the USA BMX Legacy Nationals in Tulsa is where generations of passion collide. The competition has drawn in more than 800 riders from around the world to Tulsa - all chasing speed, gold and dreams.

Chasing Dreams

For some, this competition is about more than just racing - but a chance to show what they’re made of.

“There’s a lot of things people are gonna hang their hats on this weekend that will help them towards their future goals,” said Jeff Upshaw.

Those future goals for some are a reality for Upshaw. He became a pro in 2007.

Helping the Next Person

Now, Upshaw coaches up and coming athletes.

“We’re just trying to pass down the knowledge that I’ve learned over the years to help the next person succeed,” he said.

Every race brings these riders closer to the pro level… and it all starts in Tulsa.

The final day of competition begins Sunday morning at 8:00 at the Hardesty BMX Stadium.
