Mayfest is only days away, and the festival is already showing off some of the fun activities kids of all ages can enjoy.

While outside, children can expect to see inflatables, face painting, live music and more!

For families who want to get a break from the heat, there's going to be lots of arts and crafts to dive into on the 3rd floor of the 101 Archer building. Kids can create their very own wands, funky headbands and even a sweet Mother's Day card.

There's also going to be an art gallery full of painted works from Tulsa's youngest artists.

Here's the hours for the Kids' World:

  1. Friday: 11 a.m. - 9 p.m.
  2. Saturday: 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.
  3. Sunday: 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Festival Hours:

  1. Friday, May 9: 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.
  2. Saturday, May 10: 9 a.m. – 11 p.m.
  3. Sunday, May 11: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Here's a list of the 10 things families should know if they plan on coming out to Mayfest this weekend!

This year’s theme, “Stay Gold,” is a tribute to S.E. Hinton’s iconic novel "The Outsiders", which was adapted into a 1983 film and, most recently,y a Tony Award-winning Broadway musical.

It’s a nod to Tulsa’s literary and cultural roots, and it sets the stage for a weekend packed with music, art, food and fun.
