The suspect in a fatal weekend shooting in Tulsa has been arrested.
According to law enforcement, Mark Burleson was arrested in Ponca City on Tuesday, is accused of shooting and killing Heather Martinez, 32, on Saturday near East 36th Street and South Yale Avenue.
Burleson is a tribal member, which means the FBI is now involved in the investigation. Police previously arrested Jacqueline Hull, who is described as an accomplice by Tulsa Police.
What Happened To Heather Martinez?
According to Tulsa Police, officers responded to a shooting on August 16, at around 6:07 p.m., and found Heather Martinez and another victim with gunshot wounds. Officers say witnesses saw someone in a red car shoot at a gray Suburban before driving away.

Officials say Martinez was shot in the head and died from her injuries. The male victim was stabilized at the scene by first responders and is expected to recover at the hospital.
Witnesses told TPD that the man driving the red car got out and began arguing with the victims before the shooting began. The suspect left the scene soon after.
This is an ongoing investigation.
