Tulsa man arrested after crashing into gas line near 12th and Sheridan

Tulsa police say a man is in custody after hitting a gas line near 12th and Sheridan around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Officers say they found a vehicle crashed into a fence and later determined the driver struck the gas line while driving between buildings. Crews responded quickly to turn off the leak.

Investigators say they also found the driver’s front bumper at the scene and believe alcohol was a factor.

No one was hurt in the incident.
