Two high-profile cases are set for hearings on Wednesday morning in Tulsa County.
One involves the former Tulsa Area Emergency Management director, while the other centers on a former Claremore pastor. Both cases are scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. at the Tulsa County Courthouse and have drawn a lot of public attention.
Tulsa County deputies arrested Tulsa Area Emergency Management Executive Director Joseph Kralicek last week on charges of possession of child pornography.
Investigators said a search warrant was served at his home after a tip from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Authorities reported finding multiple images and videos linked to his IP address.
Kralicek posted a $50,000 bond and is scheduled for arraignment. He remains on leave from his role with Tulsa County.

Also on the docket is former Claremore pastor Kendrick Oakley, who faces 11 counts of Peeping Tom. Tulsa police said Oakley used a cell phone to record under a woman’s skirt at a Tulsa store in July 2024.
His case was delayed while the court determined whether the state had jurisdiction. Oakley claimed he was Cherokee, but that was determined to be untrue. Charges were filed earlier this month. He has been dismissed from serving on his church staff.

Both Kralicek and Oakley are expected to appear in court later Wednesday morning. Updates will be provided as proceedings continue.
