A portion of Highway 75 near State Highway 16 is back open Tuesday morning after a semi truck fire shut down the roadway for several hours the night before.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the fire started around 8:30 p.m. Monday just north of Preston. A viewer shared a video of the scene, showing flames coming from the truck as emergency crews responded.

Troopers say the road was closed for nearly five hours while crews worked to extinguish the fire and remove the damaged vehicle.

No injuries have been reported, and the cause of the fire has not yet been released.
