A teenager wanted in a deadly double shooting at an apartment complex is back in Tulsa to face charges, following his extradition from Mexico.
Federal and local investigators say 19-year-old Angel Ibarra was captured by Homeland Security agents in April after more than two months on the run. Ibarra was transported back to Oklahoma on Monday.
Authorities believe Ibarra was involved in a deadly ambush-style shooting that left two teenagers dead in February.

Ibarra returned to Tulsa
