A possible tornado is seen on video near Locust Grove early Wednesday morning.

TULSA, Okla. -

The wave of severe storms that brought strong winds also produced some possible tornadoes early Wednesday morning in northeast Oklahoma.

Near Locust Grove, storm tracker Brandon Welles captured video of a circulation lowering toward the ground. It could only be seen when illuminated by lightning.

There are also reports of multiple downed trees and widespread power outages in the Ramona area.
