Severe storms moved across Oklahoma overnight Friday into Saturday, bringing several tornadoes, strong winds, heavy rain, and hail to the state.

One of the hardest hit areas is Pittsburg County, where multiple buildings in downtown and old downtown McAlester are damaged by a likely tornado early Saturday morning.

The video below is a News On 6 web extra, showing the damage from multiple angles.

The building that was damaged, with the roof blown off, downtown was vacant.

News On 6 was told the building had been home to Catholic Charities for years, but there is a for sale sign on the window.

Other damage downtown includes Miller Glass Co. The building's windows were busted out and the roof was damaged. had windows busted out and some roof damage.

People across McAlester and Pittsburg County are also dealing with power outages. So far, no injuries have been confirmed.
