Dog shot 2 times in Hominy; police search for person responsible

Hominy Police are searching for the person accused of shooting a dog two times Tuesday afternoon, that's according to the department's Facebook page.

Officers said it happened near West Pine Street and North Katy Avenue.

Anyone who may have any information related to this incident is asked to contact Officer Perkins at 918-287-3131 (Ext. 1)

The dog's owner has reached out to News On 6 and said he is still alive. The dog's family has posted a GoFundMe to help raise funds for his medical costs. You can donate by clicking here.
