Troopers identified the suspect as 64-year-old James Basse. Investigators say Basse was heading eastbound in the westbound lanes of the IDL when he hit two motorcyclists just after 9 p.m. on Sunday.

OHP says Basse was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.
