Tulsa Parks opens pools for the summer

Tulsa Parks has opened public pools at Lacy, Reed, Whiteside, and McClure through August 9, with $3 admission and varied hours.

TULSA, Okla. -

As summer temperatures rise, Tulsa Parks has officially opened several of its public pools, giving residents a way to cool off and enjoy the outdoors.

Lacy Park, Reed Park, Whiteside Park, and McClure Park pools are now open to the public through August 9. A new pool at Chamberlain Park is also in the works and is expected to open later this summer.

Each pool operates on its own schedule, and admission is $3. City officials encourage families to check pool-specific hours before visiting.
