Multi-instrumentalist Joesf Glaude released Rescue to Refuge, a full-length album dedicated to supporting Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge in Arkansas.

All proceeds from the album go directly to the nonprofit, which specializes in rescuing survivors of the exotic animal trade, primarily big cats and bears.

Streaming Available Worldwide

The album is available on all major streaming platforms. Glaude played every instrument on the record, and listeners can preview Rescue to Refuge on Apple Music.

Mission Behind Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge

Turpentine Creek is a sanctuary focused on public education, animal welfare, and conservation. The refuge works to end the exotic pet trade and aims to make sanctuaries obsolete by promoting awareness and advocacy.

Their work also includes classroom visits, interpretive programming, and long-term care for rescued animals.

Artist Continues Musical Outreach

In addition to Rescue to Refuge, Glaude has recently released Cats on Catnip and Shades of Blues and is planning future releases in classical and jazz genres. He regularly performs at Parea Coffee Company every second Saturday of the month from 5 to 7 p.m.

More information on Glaude’s work can be found at joesfglaude.com, and more on the wildlife refuge at turpentinecreek.org.
