The annual fundraiser benefiting Paths to Independence, a school that serves individuals with autism and other special needs, is getting a new look in 2025.
The Logan Cochran Charity, traditionally known for hosting a golf tournament to support the school, is shifting gears this year due to renovations at Adams Golf Course. Instead, the group will hold a cornhole tournament and live music event June 6-7 at Osage Casino in Bartlesville.
The weekend kicks off Friday, June 6, with an auction and live performances from several musical artists. At noon on Saturday, June 7, teams will gather for a cornhole tournament featuring custom boards representing event sponsors, families and businesses.
The celebration continues Saturday evening with a full-band concert featuring Hoss Miller and Steve Burrus.
The Logan Cochran Charity, founded by Janet Moreland, has supported Paths to Independence for several years. With continued help from community members like Dewayne Bryan, the event has grown into a major fundraiser for the school.
Robby Gearhart, music coordinator for the event, said the fundraiser holds special meaning for families like his—his daughter Calli is a PTI student.
Organizers encourage the community to attend the event, sign up for the cornhole tournament, bid on auction items and donate directly to the school.
More information, including auction previews, is available on the Logan Cochran Charity Facebook page, Paths to Independence Facebook, and PTI’s Instagram.
