The Broadway sensation, Wicked, is on stage at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center for the next two weeks. One of the most iconic moments in the show is Glinda's big entrance from more than 30 feet above the stage.

We got to go behind the Emerald Curtain with Zoe Jensen, who plays Glinda in the show, to see how the magical moment is brought to life.

Q: Tell us about your iconic entrance.

A: It is my bubble entrance and I think it is one of the coolest things I have ever done. I start out in my big bubble dress in this bubble, which by the way was used by Kristin Chenoweth in the Tony awards, I think about that every day and I get flown up a few minutes before the show. I am just sitting there up in the air while the show begins and then suddenly I come down and there are bubbles everywhere and it is like a whole celebration, it feels pretty cool.

Q: How does it feel to play the same character as Kristin Chenoweth and to do so in her home state?

A: She was such an inspiration to me when I was younger, even just both being short girls, so I always feel her energy when I get in the bubble every night.

Q: When did you know you wanted to be on Broadway?

A: Wicked was the first professional production I saw. I saw it in 2006 in Chicago and it changed my life. I was like oh my gosh I want to do this, I want to be in this show, so it is very special and it is also special to bring it on the road for people who cannot necessarily get to New York.

Q: How does it feel to play Glinda the Good Witch in Wicked?

A: It feels amazing to have such a supportive company and such a supportive cast. It has really just been a complete dream come true. I wake up every day like oh my gosh dreams are coming true.

Q: Why should people come see Wicked at the Tulsa PAC?

A: What is there not to love about Wicked, to be honest? The music, the funny book, the story of friendship and unconditional love, even down to the costumes and wigs. It is just so fun to look at, it is so fun to listen to, it is fun to think about, and it is just, in my opinion, the best show.

Wicked is at the Tulsa PAC through Sunday, June 15. To purchase tickets, visit the Celebrity Attractions website.
