The Golf Coaches Association of America announced its five finalists for the 2025 Dave Williams Award, which honors the national coach of the year. Oklahoma State's Alan Bratton has been named one of those five finalists.

Bratton won the award in 2018 after leading the Cowboys to their 11th national title in program history. He was also a finalist in 2016 and 2021.

Bratton joins Auburn's Nick Clinard, Florida's JC Deacon, UCLA's Armen Kirakossian and Virginia's Bowen Sargent. The winner will be announced on Tuesday, June 3rd.

Bratton has led the No. 2 ranked Cowboys to six wins this season, including victories in their last four starts. The Pokes won the program's 12th Big 12 Championship last month at Southern Hills, and won it's nation's-best 17th regional title at the NCAA Urbana Regional.
