Bella Roddy

Bella Roddy is a Specialty Content Producer originally from Fort Worth, Texas. She joined Griffin Media as a digital producer for News On 6's sister station News 9 in 2023 after graduating from college.

She attended Gaylord College at the University of Oklahoma and was an anchor and reporter for OU Nightly. Bella graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Human Relations.

In her time at college, Bella also interned with a documentary film company called Blowback Productions over several years. She helped with interviewing and editing archival footage for the film 'An American Bombing: The Road to April 19th', now featured on MAX. This experience sparked her love for documentary filmmaking and capturing people's stories in a different way. 

She now lives in Tulsa with her fiancé Dylan and works at News On 6, where she is able to take her passion for storytelling and turn it into specialty content for both Griffin stations.

Bella grew up going to a fine arts school, playing music and singing. In her free time, she now enjoys playing her guitar, learning about the Oklahoma music scene, and writing up pieces on local bands.
