Chronic inflammation can be detrimental to health, leading to severe conditions such as heart attack, stroke, and cancer.

While acute inflammation is a natural response to injury or infection, chronic inflammation persists even after the body has healed.

To combat chronic inflammation, lifestyle changes can be impactful.

Lifestyle Changes That Can Ease Chronic Inflammation

A balanced diet rich in anti-inflammatory foods can effectively reduce inflammation without medication:

  1. salmon
  2. berries
  3. nuts
  4. leafy greens

Coupling this diet with other adjustments such as;

  1. Regular exercise
  2. Maintaining a healthy weight
  3. Avoiding alcohol and tobacco

Can create a routine that works to combat regular pain.
