SHAWNEE, Okla. (AP) _ A prosecutor files three manslaughter charges in connection with a triple-fatality accident in April.

Pottawatomie County District Attorney Richard Smothermon filed the charges against 24-year-old Jamie Sigman-Seay of Luther.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Sigman-Seay caused a head-on collision on US Highway 177 near Asher on April 19th that killed Ada residents Albert James Junior, Ramona James and Dorothy Baken.
