How to help Minco, Oklahoma after school bus crash

The town of Minco, Oklahoma, was shaken Monday when a school bus carrying the school's softball team crashed while driving on State Highway 152 west of Minco.

Minco's Mayor, Matt Gore, expressed his gratitude for the support from surrounding towns in a social media post, along with a lengthy list of links to businesses offering assistance to the community.

Investigators said the driver swerved left to avoid a deer, struck the animal, and the bus overturned once before landing upright. OHP said the bus was carrying 18 people, including one driver and 17 passengers. Officials said four people were thrown from the bus during the rollover. The Minco school bus was returning from a softball game in Anadarko when the crash happened.
