Southwest Airlines is ending its nonstop flights between Tulsa and St. Louis. The airline currently operates two nonstop flights most days, but officials say the service will stop on March 6.

As part of the same schedule adjustment, Southwest will add more nonstop flights from Tulsa to Chicago and Nashville.

Passengers will still be able to reach St. Louis from Tulsa with single-stop connections through cities including Dallas, Houston and Denver.

Southwest says the decision is part of a broader restructuring plan aimed at adjusting routes and flight frequency across its national network.
