Silver Alert: 71-year-old Patretia Mathews

Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office has issued a Silver Alert for 71-year-old Patretia Mathews who was last seen in the Bristow area wearing a blue shirt and blue shorts on Friday, August 8.

Patretia is considered missing and endangered due to her dementia according to officials.

Mathews vehicle was located near the area of Jones/Webster roads, and officials say if anyone has seen her near that location to please contact the non-emergency OCSO phone at 918-759-2235.

Current plans include using drones as well as tracking dogs in the area, so authorities say to not start your own search, as this will distract the dogs and slow the response.
