Tulsa police have made a third arrest in connection with the deadly shooting that disrupted the city’s Juneteenth celebration, leaving one person dead and seven others injured.

Authorities confirmed that 20-year-old Tyri Rodgers is now facing one count as an accessory after the fact. He was booked into the Tulsa County Jail, where he remains held on a $1 million bond.
At this time, no affidavit has been filed in his case, though criminal information shows he is charged with count 8 in the broader investigation.
The shooting happened during Tulsa’s Juneteenth celebration. The gunfire erupted in a crowded area, sending panic through attendees and resulting in eight people being shot. One person died from their injuries.
Rodgers is the third person to be charged in the case.
Tulsa Police arrested Timetrious Shamar Moore, 19, on June 24 and charged him with second-degree murder, assault and battery with a deadly weapon, and possession of a firearm.

In early July, Tulsa Police arrested a second suspect, Darmontre Peters, 21, and charged him with seven counts of assault and battery with a deadly weapon.

Tulsa police have not released a motive or said whether more arrests are expected. The investigation is ongoing, and police continue to ask witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.
