"The All-American Rejects," a Stillwater-based rock band that was prominent in the early 2000s, made a surprise stop in Tulsa on Monday.
The band sent out a message to fans earlier that day about a small gathering happening somewhere in town.
The All-American Rejects visited as part of their house party tour, where they've been playing at houses and even skating rinks across different states.
On Monday, they were at WOMPA.
The band says 20,000 people were interested in Tulsa’s show, but it only had space for 750 fans. Fans had to win tickets through a contest.
If you didn't get tickets for Monday night, the band will be at the BOK Center in October, opening for the Jonas Brothers.
Hit songs include "Swing, Swing," "Dirty Little Secret," "Move Along," and "Gives You Hell," which peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 2008.
The group is going on a house party tour across the states this summer, with concert videos going viral and police being called before allowing the band to play one final song to end the show, according to CNN.
