Mike Gundy and the OSU Cowboys picked up a big-time commitment to the 2026 recruiting class on Friday.

In-state 4-star recruit Tajh Overton, a defensive tackle out of Owasso, Oklahoma, announced his commitment to the Cowboys on social media.

"First off I want to thank God for putting me in this position, I don't know where I would be without him, secondly I want to thank anyone who has supported me through this process, ranging from my coaches, my friends, my family and even more," Overton shared. "With that being said, it is truly my honor to announce I'll be committing to Oklahoma State, Go Pokes!!!"

Overton is a 6-foot-3, 257 DT who received 25+ offers, picking OSU over other finalists from the SEC; Oklahoma and Ole Miss.

According to Rivals.com, Overton is a top 3 recruit in Oklahoma.
