A Tulsa man pleaded guilty to killing two people in a crash in downtown Tulsa back in 2023.

A Tulsa man pleaded guilty to killing two people in a crash in downtown Tulsa back in 2023.

Prosecutors say Sean Williams was intoxicated and driving without a license when he crashed into Elizabeth Brown on I-244.

Brown and a passenger, Rhonda Mammedaty, died.

Williams pled guilty on Monday to two counts of first-degree manslaughter, DUI, and driving with a suspended license.

A judge sentenced him to 25 years in prison.
