What started as a fun, lively evening at a Tulsa event quickly turned into chaos when gunshots were heard, sending people scrambling for cover.
The event included a 5K run, community discussions, and live music, drawing a crowd ready to enjoy a positive night out.
"The theme this year was a family reunion, and it definitely felt like that," said News On 6 reporter Michaela Glenn.

Glenn was there with friends and said the atmosphere was upbeat and full of energy until around 10 p.m., when everything changed.
She and her boyfriend heard multiple gunshots and, like many others, instinctively dropped to the ground.
“It was just a scary feeling,” she said. "An eerie feeling."
