A man is in jail after police say he broke into a Tulsa apartment with two women sleeping inside.
Officers sent a K-9 inside to get him, and police say the man also tried to fight the K-9.
Body camera captured footage of the arrest.
When an officer arrived at the scene, video shows there were two women outside their apartment.
"I wake up to somebody breaking stuff in my house and throwing stuff, and he takes off his pants, and I run over to her, and I'm like, 'There's a man in our apartment,'" said the victim.
Then the officer is heard asking if either of the women has pets, and if they would be okay with letting a K9 enter their apartment, and they agreed.
The women tell police they don't know the suspect, Anthony Washington, and have never seen him before.
Then, after the officer retrieves his K9, video shows him opening the apartment door and telling Washington twice that he's TPD and has a K9, and to come outside with nothing in his hands, or he could get bitten.
The dog finds Washington, and the police are telling him to put his hands behind his back, and K-9 bites Washington in the leg, then the police are heard saying Washington tried to poke the K-9 in the eyes.
"Hey! Quit grabbing the dog, get off the dog," said the TPD officer.
Officers get Washington handcuffed, get him checked out by EMSA, and are seen trying to figure out what's going on.
An officer in the video said, "Well, you're in an apartment that doesn't belong to you, scared the crap out of some ladies that live here and so we did announcements for the apartment no one came out, so they sent a K9 in and they found you and you weren't wanting to go into handcuffs so that's why the reason for the resisting and then we finally got you in handcuffs."
"Wait, you say what?" said Washington.
Washington was taken to the hospital for treatment when he told police he drank a lot of alcohol and didn't remember being in someone else's apartment, but said his girlfriend lived in the same complex, but he didn't remember what unit was hers.
The officer asked the two women if they were willing to go through with the prosecution of Washington, and they said yes.
Washington was charged with burglary and cruelty to a police dog.
