Two people were arrested and accused of leading officers on a chase over beer on Thursday.

Tulsa Police said Michelle Blackbear and Jeremy Townsidy took four cases of beer from a convenience store at 51st and Mingo. They said an officer approached them in the parking lot, and the two drove away.

The chase ended after Blackbear hit a curb and blew out the front tires of her car.
