TULSA, Okla. -

Tulsa International Airport is marking a major milestone with a celebration honoring the 30th anniversary of its beloved Airport Ambassador Program.

Launched in 1995, the program has welcomed millions of travelers to Tulsa, offering help with directions, information, and a friendly smile to guests from around the world.

The anniversary event will take place on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at the Tulsa Club Hotel, with guests arriving at 11:30 a.m. and remarks beginning at noon.

The celebration will recognize the volunteers who have made the program a standout example of hospitality and service.

Attendees will hear from Tulsa International Airport CEO Alexis Higgins, Deputy Mayor Krystal Reyes, and several long-serving Ambassadors who’ve helped define the airport’s welcoming atmosphere.
