Looking for a fun and stylish summer craft? Our crafty mom, Courtnay Gosnell, shares how to make Bandana Bangle Bracelets, the perfect accessory for any outfit!
Supplies You’ll Need:
- Bandanas
- Fish tank tubing or glow bracelets
- Hot glue gun
- Scissors
- Optional: Charms for extra flair
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Tear Your Bandana
- Rip your bandana into strips about 1 inch wide.
2. Cut the Tubing
- Measure and cut your tubing to fit the wrist of whoever will wear the bracelet.
3. Start Wrapping
- Add a small dot of hot glue to the tubing to secure the starting point of your bandana strip.
4. Wrap It Up
- Wrap the fabric tightly around the tubing until fully covered.
- When you reach the end, secure it with another small dab of hot glue.
- Trim off excess fabric — or leave a bit of a tail to tie a bow for added flair.
5. Add Charms (Optional)
- While wrapping, place charms where you’d like them and secure with hot glue.
