The Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond is leading a push for the U.S. House to pass the 'Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act.'
The act would let people who are legally cleared to carry concealed firearms in their home state to do so in any state that allows concealed carry.
“Law-abiding Americans have every right to protect themselves,” Drummond said in a news release. “H.R. 38 is a common-sense measure that extends the right to keep and bear arms for anyone who is eligible to carry a concealed firearm.”
Drummond and West Virginia Attorney General John McCuskey wrote the letter that was signed by 22 other Attorneys General.
