Bixby Students cheered on 43 athletes leaving for the Special Olympic Summer Games in Stillwater

BIXBY, Okla. -

Oklahoma Athletes are heading off to the Special Olympics Summer Games.

Bixby Public Schools turned out classes Wednesday morning for a parade, so students could wave and cheer as the athletes left for Stillwater.

Bixby has 43 athletes competing this year.
