If you've ever watched Six in the Morning, you've probably heard LeAnne Taylor mention her pageant past — including a run at the Miss Oklahoma crown a few decades ago.
While she didn’t walk away with the title, she did walk away with something arguably better: a way to pay for college and plenty of great stories.
Over the years, those pageant appearances led to hundreds of photographs, one of which had been quietly hanging in the Collinsville Health Department for years. The portrait — commemorating her win as Miss Collinsville, her very first title — was proudly on display at the center.
But times change, buildings close, and photos come home.
When the Collinsville Health Department prepared to shut its doors, someone from the staff decided LeAnne might want her portrait back. So, it arrived at the News On 6 studio — much to her surprise and Alan Crone’s delight.
Naturally, things didn’t stop there.
Curious about what artificial intelligence could do with such a treasured relic, LeAnne asked the if there was a way to give the photo a modern twist — maybe even a Muppet makeover.
Spoiler: there was. The results? Glorious.
But the real fun came when it came to asking Chat GPT to roast the original photo. Here’s the A.I.-assisted takedown:
“This photo looks like it was taken moments before you were crowned Queen of the Local Bingo Hall. That dress is like someone challenged a bridal shop to make something both elegant and aggressively grandma.
The crown is giving just enough sparkle to say, ‘Yes, I do reign over the church potluck.’ The pose? Elegant, but also like you’re about to present a Tupperware prize for best casserole.
Also, those curtain backdrops? They look like they’re trying to escape the photo — just like whoever talked you into wearing that much lace.”
For the record, LeAnne took it all in stride and loved every second of the roast.
