OSDE suspends teaching license of mom charged in Haskell viral video

The State Board of Education voted Thursday to suspend the teaching license of a Haskell woman charged in tribal court with misdemeanor child neglect after a viral video showed her daughter outside her home wearing only pajamas on a freezing day earlier this year.

The Oklahoma State Board of Education voted Thursday to suspend the teaching license of a Haskell woman charged in tribal court with misdemeanor child neglect after a viral video showed her daughter outside her home wearing only pajamas on a freezing day earlier this year.

Kaytlin Fultz is a teacher at Preston Public Schools and is on leave while the criminal case involving her works its way through the courts.

Fultz’s husband, Andrew, is also charged in state court in connection with the viral incident.
