Officials investigate possible measles case at Comanche County Hospital

 The Oklahoma State Department of Health is working with Comanche County Memorial Hospital to determine whether a person seen at the hospital had measles.

OSDH said it is currently completing measles testing on the individual.

If the test is positive, the agency said it will immediately begin a public health investigation and notify the public of any potential exposures.

If all possible contacts can be identified, OSDH said it will not issue a public setting notification. Instead, it will reach out to identified contacts directly and provide guidance on next steps
