As Oklahoma City prepares to remember and honor the victims and survivors of the April 19, 1995, bombing of the Murrah federal building, Cox Communications is providing free admission to the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum on Saturday.

The museum will be open to anyone, free of charge, after the remembrance ceremony, until 5 p.m. Saturday.

Saturday's remembrance ceremony is scheduled to begin at 8:45 a.m. Former President Bill Clinton, who led the country at the time of the bombing, is expected to speak at the ceremony, marking 30 years since the tragedy.

It was in the days after the bombing that one of the cornerstones of the state was born. As Oklahomans pitched in to offer support, hope, and donations of time, goods, and money, the Oklahoma Standard was born, leaving a lasting impact and kindness that can still be felt today.
