Plane Crashes Into Parked Car At Target In Washington State

A pilot is in the hospital after crashing his plane into a parked car in a Target parking lot.

According to firefighters, the plane crashed on Thursday afternoon in Washington state after the pilot reportedly lost control of the aircraft. The pilot was the only person onboard the plane.

The owner of the parked car, Shelby Ferguson, was inside of the Target shopping at the time of the crash.

"My brother called me and said are you in Target? Cuz a plane crashed in the parking lot. So, we were already paying and so then we looked out the window and I said oh my gosh, I think that's where I parked my car," said Ferguson.

Nobody on the ground was injured in the crash and investigators are currently looking into what caused the pilot to lose control.
