Jim Gardner joined the News 9 team in July of 2013 as the pilot for Bob Mills SkyNews 9. Jim has been awarded 10 Emmy awards, 15 Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters awards, the "Salute to Excellence" award from the Helicopter Association International, and "Pilot of the Year" from Bell Helicopter Textron.
