18-year-old Murray State College wrestler dies in crash

Murray State College shared condolences after a member of the school's wrestling team was killed in a car crash on Tuesday.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said 18-year-old Freshman Jayden McCain from Madill died after crashing off-road.

OHP said the crash happened along highway US-377 in Marshall County, after the driver veered off the main highway and hit a tree.

Murray State College shared a statement on the tragic event:

"This is a heartbreaking day for Aggie Nation. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family, the wrestling team and all who were a part of his life."
