Oklahoma State fans gear up for season opener

OSU fans are gearing up for the season opener against UT Martin.

STILLWATER, Okla. -

Oklahoma State is kicking off the season against UT Martin, and fans are already filling Stillwater with excitement.

News 9’s Tevis Hillis is live at a tailgate ahead of the opener.

Tailgaters began setting up as early as noon Thursday. Among them was Dave Bradley, an OSU fan for 40 years who has tailgated in the same spot for the past two decades.

“It’s just perfect,” Bradley said. “Smoke is rolling and you can smell everything; it’s a carnival atmosphere and it’s just a lot of fun.”
