A man and woman were arrested Tuesday following a pursuit that ended with a tactical vehicle intervention (TVI) in Creek County, according to authorities.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol and Creek County Sheriff’s Office ended the chase near 81st Street and 193rd West Avenue. Three individuals were taken into custody at the scene, with a female being released at the scene.

OHP identified those arrested as Colton Beisly, 31, and Elizabeth McLendon, 37. They are being booked into the Creek County jail, then transported back to Oklahoma County, according to OHP.

"We're able to communicate between agencies, so that communication's great. We were able to get these suspects pinned down to a rural area of the county where we were able to apply tactical vehicle intervention and take them into custody," said OHP Lt. Mark Southall.

U.S. Marshals and Edmond Police confirmed that two of the people taken into custody were charged with Accessory to Murder in the death of Nathan Richard.
