She Brews Coffee House in Tulsa’s Kendall-Whittier neighborhood has been burglarized twice in less than a month.

The first break-in happened on July 5th, when someone broke in through a window to breach the cash register. The second took place on July 23rd, just 3 weeks after, when a man pried open a back door to take more cash.

Staff say both break-ins caused significant damage and targeted the nonprofit’s mission-driven operation.

Surveillance footage shows a man entering the shop in a mask, carrying a flashlight, during the most recent incident.

According to Ian Young, Director of Business Development, the suspect took about $700 in cash and caused more than $1,000 in damages.

The shop had just finished window repairs from the first burglary before the second one hit.

“It hasn’t slowed us down,” Young said. “We’ve been able to fix things pretty quickly and get back on the road.”

Tulsa Police say the investigation is ongoing and no arrests have been made. Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at (918) 596-COPS.
