Turner Turnpike semi crash causes lane closures, lanes now reopened

UPDATE:

After first responders assessed the damage and area, officials have announced the reopening of the Turner Turnpike eastbound lanes near mile market 200 Saturday night at 10:08 p.m.

Previous Story:

A semi crash has caused multiple eastbound lanes to close as the truck overturned near mile marker 200 according to Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Officials say this was a non-injury CMV crash, and all westbound lanes of the turnpike remain open.

Eastbound lanes have been closed since around 7:19 p.m. and it is unknown at this time when traffic will be back to normal flow.

Some authorities estimate the roadway may take close to two hours until things clear up.
