The Arkansas River remains high, but is dropping as it passes through Tulsa, with flow rates and enough debris to keep the Tulsa Wave Park and Zink Lake closed for recreation until conditions improve.

Tulsa River Parks last updated the online status July 6th, predicting Zink Lake could reopen by July 14th, with the Wave Park reopening later at an uncertain date.

Drone footage from Saturday, July 12, shows several gates on Zink Dam are up, holding water back in the lake, while the lake and dam continue to have debris that could pose a hazard to boaters.
