A new Broadway season is taking the stage in Tulsa with a diverse lineup of award-winning productions, fan favorites, and one highly anticipated world premiere: The Outsiders.

Celebrity Attractions is bringing seven shows to the Tulsa Performing Arts Center as part of its 2025-2026 Broadway season, which begins this fall. Kristin Dotson, CEO of Celebrity Attractions, says season tickets are the best way to guarantee a seat to the biggest shows, especially The Outsiders.

'The Outsiders' Makes Touring Debut In Tulsa

Tulsa will host the national tour launch of The Outsiders, the Tony Award-winning musical adapted from S.E. Hinton’s classic novel. Though tickets have been listed for hundreds of dollars online, Dotson stressed that official tickets are not yet on sale.

"Those are secondary sellers. They're imaginary tickets," Dotson said. "If you're considering purchasing an Outsiders ticket for $400, take that money and buy a season ticket that guarantees you a seat."

Dotson called it a "homecoming" for the show, which is set in Tulsa and premiered there in spirit before heading to Broadway.

A Season For Everyone

The season kicks off in September with Kimberly Akimbo, a Tony Award-winning original musical. "It’s just super fun and quirky and charming," Dotson said.

In January, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast takes the stage, offering families a chance to experience the magic live. February brings A Beautiful Noise, the Neil Diamond musical described as both a concert and a compelling story of his life and career.

Returning by popular demand, Mamma Mia! runs in April. Dotson called it “a great girls night out or family night,” featuring ABBA’s iconic hits.

May features The Wiz, offering a fresh lens on the Land of Oz with a vibrant, funky twist. The season concludes with The Notebook in June, a new musical adaptation of the beloved Nicholas Sparks novel. "It is a tear-jerker. It is so moving and emotional and inspirational," Dotson said.

2025-26 Schedule:

  1. Kimberly Akimbo - Sept. 2-7
  2. The Outsiders - Oct. 7-12
  3. Beauty and the Beast - Jan. 27-Feb. 1
  4. A Beautiful Noise - Feb. 17-22
  5. Mamma Mia! - April 7-12
  6. The Wiz - May 5-10
  7. The Notebook - June 16-21

Planning A Season Years In Advance

Dotson said building a season is a years-long process that balances timing, availability, and audience interest.

"We try to cast a really wide net so that we have something for everyone," she said. "We have some family entertainment and maybe some date night stuff."

She emphasized that buying season tickets offers flexibility and value, with the option to exchange tickets and enjoy a variety of performances with friends or family.

Season subscriptions are available now through the Tulsa PAC ticket office, Ticketmaster, and Celebrity Attractions — the only official ticket outlets.
