Tulsa police are investigating a shooting that left one person injured early Tuesday morning at an apartment complex in Tulsa.

Officers responded to East Central Village Apartments around 2:30 a.m. after receiving calls about shots fired in the area. When they arrived, they found one victim outside the complex who had been shot five times, three times in the arm and twice in the legs.

Police said the victim was stable and able to speak with officers at the scene.

A large police presence remains at the complex as officers collect evidence and speak with witnesses. Investigators confirmed the shooting happened outside, and said some nearby residents captured video of the incident that police are working to obtain.

A description of the suspect has been provided to police, but no arrests have been made and no names have been released.

This is a developing story; we will update it as more information becomes available.
