People in Oklahoma City aren't the only ones getting in on the game day fun. Tulsa bars have been hosting watch parties for every Thunder game, bringing in a lot of fans.
Robyn Carrol says she loves her job, especially on game day.
"I'm a big sports girl, so, you know, getting paid to watch sports, I can't complain," she said.
She's the manager at Elgin Park. The bar has hosted watch parties for every Thunder game, but with the Thunder so close to an NBA final win, she says Thursday night is even bigger.
"We're expecting those numbers to be, you know, bumped up a little bit, but it definitely can't go wrong with a good Thirsty Thursdays plus Thunder," she said.
She says her favorite part is getting to see the fans come out and root for their favorite players.
"They're very loyal to the Thunder, to their team. They love watching this young team. So it's really great to see all of that and just good vibes," she said.
Over at 473, they went all out on Thursday, too.
"We always have the games playing, no matter if it's finals or not. Tonight's gonna be a good one,” said Chase Brummett. He’s the bartender there and says a typical Thursday can be hit or miss. Not this Thursday.
"We usually have a really good crowd here, especially like a game crowd, sports crowd tonight. I do feel like it's going to be a little busier here tonight," he said.
And of course, at both bars, their predictions before the game were the same.
"Of course, they're gonna win tonight. Yeah, they're gonna take home the ring tonight [...] I'm calling it. 15 points," said Brummett.
Game Seven will be back in Oklahoma City, and bartenders say they're ready for another big night on Sunday.
